Section I

Eligibility and Equal Opportunity

CIS offers equal opportunity to learners from different racial, social, religious, and cultural backgrounds. Admission decisions are supported by prior school records and health information needed for a smooth transition into school life.

  • Transcripts and results from the previous school.
  • Recommendation letter from the previous school and school contacts.
  • Medical certificate from a recognized medical facility.
Section II

Academic Qualification

Applicants must demonstrate readiness for the academic level to which they are applying. Each student completes an assessment designed to evaluate preparedness in key subject areas.

The assessment covers:

Mathematics, English, Science, and French.

Results from these assessments are used to determine eligibility for entry into the programme and help ensure that admitted students are prepared to engage fully with the curriculum.

Section III

Core Values

  • Lifelong Learning
  • Global Citizenship
  • Holistic Development and Integrity
  • Future-Readiness through Innovation and Adaptability

CIS actively fosters the ten attributes of the IB Learner Profile across teaching, learning, and school life so that every student develops the values, skills, and dispositions needed for success in the IB continuum and beyond.
